Terms of delivery, postage and complaints

How to order

You can easily purchase products through our convenient online ordering process.
To find products, click on “Products” in the navigation bar:
Click “Order” icon with shopping cart to open order form popup.
You may adjust the quantity or remove items from your order here as well. Order is not mandatory. I will call you usualy till next day.


Most domestic orders will be shipped by the Czech post service. If you desire priority mail and/or insurance, there is a charge. Because of their size & increased costs, there is a shipping charge for pillows and paintings. Please email me at zoravoz@hotmail.com for questions before ordering.
International orders (outside the Czech Republic) will incur a shipping charge. If you are outside of the Czech Republic, please contact me via email zoravoz@hotmail.com before ordering so that you may receive estimate shipping charges.

All orders will be shipped via Fed Ex, PPL, DHL or Czech post within 48 hours after the payment. I have entered cooperative agreements with all these express delivery companies. International shipping rates do not include import taxes, customs duties or fees.

Every package I send by Fed Ex, DHL or PPL has a delivery confirmation number. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, I will send your order once again at no cost to you. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you).

All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. At times, custom policies may also delay the delivery of your package.


  • You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. Fedex (3-7 days), PPL (3-7 days) Czech post (5-7-15 days) to deliver your package. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package.
  • You must notify me by email at: zoravoz@hotmail.com if your package has not arrived, or if you received damaged merchandise.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc., which is provided by the user solely for the purchase of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial informacion is processed through PayPal, or Bank transfer, including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address and is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
